Golang Job: Senior Golang Engineer--Hybrid--Smyrna--Greenfield

A pioneer in the embedded payment platform space is looking to build out their team North of ATL! This is a contract-to-hire position where you'll be building out their core software platform which allows for embedding of payment platforms within various products in Golang.

You will be responsible for building a system which processes thousands of transactions every single week with the merchants they support. The embedded payment space is hot, and one of the newest technological advancements in that particular industry. You'll be working on building out the core platform at a growth stage startup in the ATL Tech Village- interested?

Required Skills & Experience

• Significant Back-end development experience in Golang
• Experience building out back end systems and API Design
• Experience with cloud infrastructure
• Experience with payment/fintech industry
• Any experience working in an R&D capacity or experience with working in an R&D Lab

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with greenfield development or working in startups
• Experience with working cross functionally within a variety of different teams

What You Will Be Doing

Tech Breakdown

• 80% Back-end Golang development (hands on)
• 20% Mentoring and coaching junior developers

Daily Responsibilities
